Neil Gibb is a visionary entrepreneur and the proprietor of the One Hundred Club. His remarkable journey from a humble valet to a prominent figure in the hospitality industry is a testament to his dedication, determination and innovation.

As a young adult, Mr. Gibb began working as a valet at the prestigious White Barn Inn located in Kennebunkport, ME. This job exposed him to the world of fine dining, luxury, and the art of hospitality. During this period, he seized every opportunity to observe and learn from the hotel's restaurant staff and guests. Inspired by the exquisite experiences he witnessed daily, Mr. Gibb dreamed of creating his own mark in the world of hospitality.

In 2004, Neil Gibb joined as managing partner in a Club focused on fine dining and exceptional service. The private club quickly gained acclaim for its inventive menu, hospitality and captivating ambiance.

As a visionary, Mr. Gibb expanded his ventures and opened two more restaurants, each with its unique theme and culinary concept. (Tailgate Tavern in Stratham, NH and Gibb’s Garage in Portsmouth, NH). A defining moment in Mr. Gibb’s hospitality career was the establishment at 100 Market Street, a private club that embodied his vision of exclusive, world-class hospitality. The club offered its members a haven of sophistication, combining exquisite dining, exclusive events, and personalized service.

Today, Mr. Gibb continues to innovate and push boundaries, setting new standards for service and experience. His journey from valet to owner of multiple successful restaurants and a private club is a testament to his unwavering dedication, entrepreneurial spirit, and visionary approach to the world of hospitality.
