Halloween Pre-/Post-Parade Gathering/Watch from The Top!

Bring your best costume and join us before or after Portsmouth's Halloween Parade!
Parade participants gather at Pierce Island at 6PM with step off at 7PM. Route runs past Prescott Park, up Congress St., turns left and returns down State Street to Pierce Island. All are encouraged to join in on the fun !
OR AVOID THE CROWDS AND WATCH THE TELEVISED PARADE FROM THE CLUBHOUSE!
