Q: What days/holidays are you closed?
New Year’s Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, the day after Christmas.
Q: How do I access the elevator?
To access the Club after 5pm please enter in your member number, then press the # (pound key) and lastly press the large 100 Club button. If you have forgotten your member number, press the intercom and a member representative will be able to assist you.
Q: How do my guests access the elevator?
Please have your guest press the red intercom button and a member representative will be able to assist them.
BILLING QUESTIONS
Q: Can another person in my party pay for the bill?
Yes. Please inform us when making the reservation, or let your server know when you arrive.
Q: Is gratuity included?
Yes. A 20% service charge is included in your bill.
VALET QUESTIONS
Q: What are the hours of operation for the Valet?
Valet services begin at 5pm Tuesday through Saturday.
Q: Where do you park my car?
The Club reserves a private, secure lot to park your vehicle. We are not permitted to park your car in the loading zone directly in front of the Club, or on any other public parking areas.

Q: How many Members does the Club currently have?
The One Hundred Club has approximately 850 individuals who have access to the Club.
Q: How do I refer a new member?
The One Hundred Club is an invitation only, member supported Club. If you wish to refer a new Member to be considered for membership, please send an email introduction to Membership
Q: As a Member, can I send a non-member to the Club on my account?
In order for us to better serve our Members, we do not allow access to unaccompanied non-members.

RESERVATIONS QUESTIONS/PROTOCOL
Q: Are Reservations Required?
While reservations to dine in the Clubhouse are not required, in order for us to better serve you they are highly suggested. Reservations are required to reserve a Private Room, host a function or event, or for any Club usage prior to 11:30am.
Q: How do I make a reservation?
A Member Services Representative is available by phone Tuesday- Friday from 9am-5pm and Saturday from 4pm-8pm. Please call 603-766-4100 to make a reservation by phone, or via email (Please note that we will call or email you back to confirm your reservation.)
Q: Can I reserve a table on the Roof Top Terrace?
The Terrace is first come first serve, and weather permitting. Also, due to fire code regulations only 4 people are allowed at each table on the Terrace.

Q: What is the Member Social?
The privilege to meet and engage with fellow One Hundred Club Members is one of the values of membership, and Member Socials are events Members look forward to each month. Connect over cocktails and conversation every second Wednesday in the Pinnacle Room. Socials are complimentary for Members to attend, $35 per Member Guest, and hosts may invite up to five guests.

Q: Can we bring our children to the Club?
The One Hundred Club is primarily a private business Club; however we pride ourselves on being a family friendly establishment. Please see that your children conduct themselves in a manner that does not cause disruption to other members and guests. Please note that NH Law does not allow anyone under the age of 18 to sit at the bar.
