Chef’s Corner + Mixology: Inside Recipes from The One Hundred Club
We’re paying tribute to the classics this month and wanted to give an inside look into some of the most popular drinks and dishes here at The One Hundred Club.
From a classic Cosmo to a mouth-watering Ahi Tuna dish, take a peek at our recipes and make sure to stop in to try a few (or all, we don’t judge!).Â
2oz preferred vodka
1oz dry vermouth
Pour dry vermouth in a chilled martini glass and swirl to coat the inside of the glass. Dispose of excess vermouth. In a shaker full of ice, add vodka vigorously shake, and then strain into glass. Garnish with olives.
2oz Charbay Ruby Red Grapefruit Vodka
Â½ Â oz cranberry juice
Â½ oz fresh lime juice
In a shaker full of ice, add vodka, cointreau, cranberry juice and lime juice. Vigorously shake, and then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
1 Â½ oz Bacardi Rum
1/2 lime wedge
Â½ oz simple syrup
10-12 fresh mint leaves
In shaker tin, muddle the lime, mint and simple syrup. Add rum and ice. Shake and pour contents into a highball glass. Top with soda water and garnish with mint sprig.
