Chef’s Corner: Fall Menu

Greetings, Esteemed Members,

Chef Andrew and I are very excited to unveil our new Fall Menu!

This seasonal offering demonstrates our commitment to fresh, locally sourced produce and allows us to leverage our relationships with local growers, fishermen, and artisanal craftspeople to offer you the best, freshest and finest ingredients available.

Our awe-inspiring Seafood Platters are a great way to begin a celebratory evening among friends, or set the tone for that important business dinner. Our new Cheese, Charcuterie and Vegetable Boards are made to be shared, and all of those items can be ordered ahead of time so they are waiting for you at your favorite table or barstool!

More sharable items such as the Five Cheese Fondue, as well as the Olives & Almonds highlight the “Conversation Starters”, and we are confident that these items, along with our Ricotta Gnocchi will become Club favorites!

Chef Andrew and I feel that this new and improved Menu style will allow us to change featured ingredients as the season dictates and offer you more variety while maintaining quality and consistency in all offerings.

Your classic “Starters” are, of course, still here; Shrimp Cocktail, Mixed Greens and Caesar Salad, our Soup Du Jour, and nightly appetizer specials are a great lead-in to our featured A La Carte proteins.

Add your favorite side dishes to accompany (I strongly recommend our new Hand Cut Club Fries!), and sit back and enjoy the ambiance of Your Club!
